How Can I Attend?
Join us Thursday and Friday, August 8–9, 2019, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. All of the speakers, music, video, and presentations take place at the Willow Creek campus in South Barrington, Illinois. The event is then streamed in brilliant real-time HD video to over 375 Premier Host Sites across the country. Over the years, Fort Wayne has grown to be the largest Premier Host Site. You'll experience a great sense of community, being surrounded by fellow leaders from all over Northeast Indiana.

The Driving Vision behind the Summit

Our hope is that whether you're a young, emerging leader or a seasoned veteran who's been leading for years, you'll come and join us as we raise the leadership bar here in our community and allow Fort Wayne to win like never before.

Volunteer for 2019
Resource Team Member
The Resource Area will contain books, DVD's, etc. These resources will be available to our guests, before sessions begin, during breaks, and after the close of the day. A Resource Team Member will be responsible to stock tables, take payment, and assist in any other way deemed necessary by the Resource Team Lead. It would be appreciated if this volunteer could assist with either set up on Wednesday morning, August 8th or tear down following the closing session on Friday, August 10th. Inventory will need to done before and after the event. A Resource Team Member should love people, and be somewhat of a detail person. The Resource Center will be manned at all times and will be located inside of the conference center auditorium. There will be one training required for this position (schedule TBA).
Check-In Team Member
We will be providing Check-In areas inside and outside of the building for our guests as they arrive. A person serving in Check-In will take confirmation tickets from guests and provide them with a name-tag and conference book. A person in the Check-In area should love to interact with people and do good with conflict resolution. A person serving in Check In is required to attend 1 training session (schedule TBA). Help with set-up the Wednesday prior to the conference if available is appreciated, but not required.
Greeting Team Member
We are looking for smiling faces and warm hearts to greet our guests as they come through the door, to find their seats, enjoy their breaks, lunches and of course, the conference. A greeter is sensitive to and cares for the needs of the conference guests as well as ensures a distraction free environment. A person serving on the Greeting team is required to attend 1 training session (schedule TBA). Help with set-up and tear down prior and after the conference is appreciated, but not required.
Concierge Team Member
We are looking for host and hostesses during our event for those partners and guests who will be staying on site for breaks and lunches in designated room assignments. Some of the these rooms are reserved for the day and some just during the lunch hour. A concierge will be responsible to work with the Coliseum staff to make sure the room is set and stocked with ordered food and beverages, greet guests as they arrive, making sure they are in the correct location and checking in on occasion to make sure the guests have everything they need during their time in their space.
Vendor Team Member
We provide select areas for vendor tables to be displayed. We need a team of individuals to help with set up and tear down for our partners who choose the vendor table option. These team members will bring carts to our vendors as they arrive on Wednesday morning, August 8th and help with table location as well as unloading of the cart. They will also assist at the end of the conference to help locate carts and help with tear down and removing their items from the building.
All volunteers will be able to attend the Summit at no cost. Please remember, there may be parts of the sessions that will be missed. You would be there to serve first, enjoy the Summit second. It is a great opportunity to serve people and be encouraged and filled with great training. Our volunteers are always the best and we are looking forward another great year!
